Using Customer Voice to collect multi-course training feedback

Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is built on top of the Microsoft Forms simple survey creation experience and adds advanced functionalities to support enterprise feedback management scenarios. One of the advanced capabilities is the functionality to define survey variables to personalize a survey and to filter a report based on survey variables. We will discuss how you can use survey variables to support collecting feedback for multi-course training sessions.

As an example, suppose that you are conducting three training courses, as follows:

  • TRG101: Create surveys with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
  • TRG102: Introduction to Office client customization
  • TRG103: Introduction to Azure fundamentals
