Even if your colleagues don't have ArcGIS, you still can share your map with them. You can export your map in:
Raster format: This includes bitmap, Tagged Image File Format (TIFF), and Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG)
Vector format: This includes Enhanced Metafile (EMF), Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), Adobe Illustrator (AI), and Portable Document Format (PDF)
PDF is a vector-based file format that supports the information coming for vector and raster sources. Use Adobe Reader to view the results of this recipe. You can download the software for free from www.adobe.com.
TIFF is a raster-based file format used mainly to store raster images. GeoTIFF is TIFF with the coordinate reference system embedded. It is used to store data such as aerial photography, satellite images, terrain digital elevation models, or scanned old maps.
