PSTN-based reports

In this section, we will cover the three different PSTN-related reports. When you use Teams to make calls or hold meetings with PSTN numbers and users, you will need a report that provides insights into your organizational use, such as users and total minutes. By the end of this section, you will be able to navigate to and understand the PSTN-based reports in the Teams Admin Center.

In the Teams Admin Center, there are three PSTN-related reports:

  • PSTN blocked users: This report contains users who are disabled from making PSTN calls.
  • PSTN minute and SMS (preview) pools: This report specifies the total minutes used based on licensing capacities.
  • PSTN and SMS (preview) usage: This report specifies users who are leveraging PSTN calling capabilities through Calling Plan, Direct Routing, or Audio Conferencing.
