Bookings using the web app

As previously stated, Microsoft Bookings is a simple service in Office 365 that facilitates the scheduling of appointments on a common calendar. It allows people, both internal and external, to visit your booking page, select an appointment type or service, and choose an open time slot. From there, Bookings will add the visit to the calendar, send reminders, and allow staff to manage appointments.

Creating a Bookings Calendar
