As part of the troubleshooting process, and particularly if you need to contact VMware support to help resolve any issues, you will need to download the logfiles.
There are many logs to investigate when you encounter issues with Horizon Workspace. All relevant logs and their locations are listed in the configurator-va web interface, under Log File Locations; we have also listed them as follows:
