IT admins regularly rely on reporting and analytics to gain insights into end users' experience with online services. This is critical to operations in any environment of any size because reporting and analytics can help paint a picture of how deployments are going, as well as how much of a service is being accessed, consumed, or otherwise engaged with in any way – or not at all.
