Call Quality Dashboard and Quality of Service

The Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) is a near-real-time data feed that shows the quality of Teams calls and meetings at an org-wide level. Near-real-time means that data will populate within 30 minutes after a meeting or call ends. This dashboard, because it reports from a tenant-wide level, will provide valuable insight for IT admins and network engineers to help them make decisions on optimizing their network to provide the best meeting or call quality possible. We will also quickly cover Quality of Service (QoS). QoS is used to identify and prioritize important network traffic. Once your network has been prepared and optimized, you can use the CQD dashboard to understand the health of a Teams meeting and the call quality in your network.
