Building Websites with Microsoft Content Management Server
We will create a new project to hold the placeholder definition classes built in this chapter.
Classes for custom placeholder controls and custom placeholder definitions should not be compiled into the same DLL.
In the TropicalGreen solution, create a new Visual C# Project using the Class Library template. Name the new Project TropicalGreenPlaceholderDefinition. Set the location to a suitable folder on your disk e.g. C:\. Delete the file Class1.cs, which was added by the wizard. We will not be using this file.

In Solution Explorer, right-click on the References tab of the new project and select Add Reference. Click Browse... and add the following library files:
Microsoft.ContentManagement.Common.dll
Microsoft.ContentManagement.Publishing.dll
The library files are in the \Server\bin\ directory under your MCMS installation folder.
Later, we will be adding the TropicalGreenPlaceholderDefinition.dll file...
