Validating your network health during a Teams meeting

Microsoft Teams is built so that it can work effectively even in low-bandwidth scenarios. But there are cases where we will experience poor audio/video quality during a Teams meeting.

When end users experience poor call quality, they can use a few strategies to assist their internal support staff, as well as Microsoft, by debugging such circumstances when they open an incident with Microsoft.

We will look through a few options that can be helpful in troubleshooting such scenarios. The main thing to remember is that when we experience such issues, it's always highly recommended to reproduce the situation and perform the following actions.

A live call can be now monitored with the option called Call health from the Teams client.

This can be checked when a live call is happening by clicking on the three dots at the top and by selecting the Call health option.
