One of the great non-technical aspects of Ext.NET is their support. If, after all your efforts, you cannot get something to work, or you think you have found a bug, you can get support from Ext.NET by asking questions or raising bugs in their forums, at http://forums.ext.net.
There is also a dedicated forum if you have a Premium Support Subscription where questions asked are given high priority and usually answered well within 24 hours, usually hours, sometimes minutes. If you do not have a Premium Support Subscription, there are still community forums which are very active. The Ext.NET team also answers questions there, often very quickly as well.
