A large part of this will be contingent on first ensuring that your company and your people have established the necessary presences on the social channels themselves. It is time to take an inventory of your current status pertaining to this topic. Here are some questions that you should be asking yourself as well as of your team members:
Who in your company is currently active on the social networks, and which channels are they active on (individually)?
To what level are they active, and how comfortable are they on each of the networks that they currently use? How can we help them be better?
What networks should they add and what help will we need to provide them in maximizing their presence on each?
As a company, have we established pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google+ (dependent on where our company needs to be active)?
