We are getting close! In this chapter, we will help you choose a Social CRM for your small business and then will provide you with some helpful and very important tips to ensure a successful implementation.

There are many SCRM choices that are available, and you need to be able to filter through the mass of information in order to determine the right SCRM for you today as well as one that will be able to scale effectively for your anticipated growth and application needs.

In our previous chapter, we asked you to create a spreadsheet matrix of your desired SCRM features. Before we actually get started with choosing your SCRM, we have a few more important areas to discuss, which will have a direct impact on your choice of systems.
