Somebody needs to take this bull by the horns. While we are not talking about General George S. Patton, you will want and require a leader. Your ideal person will be one who leads by consensus and not by conflict. Being a small business, having this responsibility shared by a committee is probably not necessary, although having representation (at the appropriate time) from your various departments would be recommended. Still, somebody does need to be the go-to person who will follow up and follow through and hold others accountable when necessary. We need to keep this train on its tracks. Suggested qualities for this person include the following:
Detail-oriented
Persuasive
A good listener who displays empathy
Well organized
Action driven
Having a strong moderator skill set
