In this chapter, we got a general overview of SAP Crystal Reports. We learned how to create a report in SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise. We also explored the various toolbars and report elements that are available. We introduced the Insight to Action architecture and how to navigate further into the information that's provided in BI tools.
In the next chapter, we'll learn about SAP Lumira. We'll learn how to visualize and manipulate data using a SAP Lumira Storyboard and learn how the self-service approach to data discovery and information delivery can be easily done with the tool.
