The previous chapter provided us a great customer example of how unified communications, Lync, was successfully deployed and implemented as a platform for communication and collaboration for the company, Contoso. As mentioned in the previous chapter, it is absolutely important to have a detailed analysis and assessment of the company's business and technical requirements as part of the overall evaluation process for a sustainable successful UC project.
