Customizing custom dictionaries

Perhaps this has happened to you (because it has happened to me once or twice); you type in a word and see the red squiggly line and mean to right-click on it and hit the Ignore All button for this one document:

Or perhaps you are in the Editor tool, checking a document's spelling, and instead of clicking through the suggestions or making a change, you accidentally hit the Add to Dictionary button instead:

Wherever you might be, when you accidentally hit that Add to Dictionary button, the problem is there isn't an undo option from either of these panes or windows.
