Using Track Changes

Track Changes does exactly what its name suggests: it allows you to track the changes that have been made to a document, either by you or by others that the document has been shared with. It can show you the changes that have been made to the document in different colors, some of which are based on each specific author. Reviewing Pane shows a list of all the changes and the name of the person who made the change. You can also accept or reject specific changes.
