So far, we have checked various Electron APIs. This gives you more control over your web page than a traditional web page running inside a browser. You can control each and every piece of the application when it is run from the Electron shell. The API is very powerful, and new features are actively added into the Electron on a daily basis. We will continue with API in the next chapter. In the next chapter, we will check how we can use the webContent API and web view. This gives you more access to the rendered web page content. We will also check some of the Electron UI components and UI action components, such as keyboard shortcut and menu in the next chapter.
