In this chapter, we practiced the skills learned throughout the book by evaluating four realistic cross-cloud scenarios to develop a solution. These scenarios mimic the length and complexity you’d see on a certification exam, so you should start to practice taking them apart and looking for clues that will guide your solution. In a certification scenario, the options would be multiple choice, but in the real world, you won’t have that advantage!

At this point, you should know the capabilities, integration models, and data architecture of primary products in a Salesforce B2C solution architecture. You should understand best practices for integrating them and be able to make recommendations around the customer data model.
