Throughout this chapter, we learned how to create a small targeted application with great flexibility and speed. We learned that the no/low code approach really pays off and has an important role in any business.
While building the application, we covered concepts around solutions and solution packages, as well as configuring entities and relationships. We also looked at some of the functionality around enforcing SLAs and geolocation.
In the next chapter, we'll move on and look at the core configuration and customization concepts available in Dynamics 365. Now that we have an understanding of the core applications and the ability to build additional apps, we have the necessary toolset to learn how to get more out of this great, flexible platform.
