Learning about Business Process Flows

Starting with the 2013 version (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013), Microsoft introduced Business Process Flows. They are a feature similar in design to other processes but provides very different capabilities to the system. Business Process Flows provide users with a visual way to guide a system user through a predefined business process to get work done.

The user experience is greatly enhanced and streamlined. They provide visual guidance through a predefined business process, highlighting the user interaction with the system and defining the steps and the requirements at each step in order for a user to complete a process. These processes can easily be customized through a wizard-based, no-code approach. They also allow a user to select the process type to be used when performing an activity.
