Summary

This chapter has covered the core features of the Dynamics 365 Marketing application. We looked at the functionality around managing and segmenting customers for marketing activities, creating modern and responsive email templates, managing customer journeys, capabilities around leveraging social media, event creation and management, portal capabilities, and the ability to create surveys.

With this knowledge, you can now create and run marketing campaigns and manage modern email templates for various communication needs, as well as entire customer journeys.

In addition, we learned how to leverage Dynamics 365 Marketing to collect customer information through surveys, as well as present and manage events through the use of a public portal. With this knowledge, you are now ready to target your customers in various ways and enhance their experience at each interaction point.
