Implementing L1 and L3 feedback

In this section, you will review the tools and options that allow you to enable and manage L1 and L3 feedback on your Learning Manager account.

What about L2 feedback?

L2 feedback corresponds to the Learning level of Kirkpatrick’s model. In Learning Manager, L2 feedback is mostly automatic and does not require any action from an administrator to enable or customize it. This is the reason why L2 feedback is not discussed in this section. It will be discussed in the Retrieving L1, L2, and L3 feedback section later in this chapter.

L1 feedback refers to the Reaction level of Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Learning Evaluation. As a reminder, the Reaction level tries to measure the overall learner satisfaction immediately after taking a course. In Learning Manager, L1 feedback is a form that each learner must complete at the end of a course.
