Viewing Enrolled Learners

In the Enrollment by Managers section, earlier in this chapter, you discovered how managers can list the learners that are enrolled in a course. But managers only see data about their team members. Also, they do not have access to the waitlist. Only administrators and instructors have a comprehensive overview of all the learners enrolled in a given course.

In this section, you will review the list of enrolled learners from the administrator’s perspective. The instructor role will be covered in more detail in Chapter 8, Exploring the Instructor Role.

Perform the following steps to review the list of learners that have enrolled in the Advanced IT Security course:

  1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator and that you are on the Courses page of the Admin role.
  2. Click the Advanced IT Security course to open the course details.
  3. Click the Learners link located in the Manage section of the left sidebar.
