Reporting in Adobe Learning Manager

In the previous chapter, we discussed L1, L2, and L3 feedback for courses and learning paths. Remember that these feedback features are based on Donald Kirkpatrick’s Four-Levels of Learning Evaluation model. Four levels, did you say? That’s right! This chapter is entirely dedicated to the fourth level of Kirkpatrick’s model. This is the Results level, which aims to measure the impact of the training strategy on the organization.
