Chapter 35. Making ServiceNow Beautiful with Service Portal and Custom Interfaces

ServiceNow is a great platform for managing data. Tools such as Graphical Workflow, Business Rules, and Client Scripts make it easy for you to create an application geared toward Service Management that processes information quickly and efficiently. However, function without form makes for an unappealing experience! Many companies have design patterns that their users understand; their web properties look familiar and consistent. Taking advantage of this will make your applications much more trustworthy, accessible, and easy to use.
