Time for action – installing the Registration Enrollment plugin


Installation of the Registration Enrollment plugin is the same as for other blocks, modules, and plugins. To download and install the plugin follow these steps:

  1. From the Moodle Modules and Plugins page search for and download the registration system.

  2. Expand the registration_system folder that is downloaded to your hard drive.

  3. Inside the folder will be a blocks directory and an enrol directory. Copy the contents of each to the respective directories located in your Moodle root directory. There are two directories (folders) in the blocks directory and one in the enrol directory.

  4. After you have placed all of the components of the plugin in their correct locations, log in to your site as admin and click on the Notifications link found in the Site Administration block on the front page of your site.

  5. You will see a short series of messages indicating that the tables for the registration system have been set up correctly. Click the Continue...
