A final summary

Just a short while after I started writing this book, the world was rocked by the global pandemic that began in 2019. As I conclude this book now, nations are scrambling to reduce the catastrophic loss of human life. Project managers are working globally behind the scenes, building new hospitals and new facilities to manufacture ventilators and other pieces of medical infrastructure. In the medical industry, they are also working on projects to discover and manufacture vaccines on a never-before-seen scale. The race is on to vaccinate the planet. Corporate working conditions have also changed, with working from home now the current global normal.

Now more than ever, we need to adopt tools like Microsoft Project and put them to hard work. Thank you for choosing to learn from this book. It has been a pleasure to journey with you into the world of Microsoft Project and project management. No effort will be spared to keep this book updated in future editions.
