You now have an overview of basic color theory, which can act as a good foundation for further learning and understanding how to use color in videos. You have used the Resolve FX Color plugins, Color Stabilizer and Contrast Pop, on the Cut page to correct the changing color and exposure of the video and enhance the contrast of the clip. You have used the Auto Color tool on the Cut page to quickly enhance the video’s color and, finally, explored DRCM to automatically match the camera’s color space. We’ve done all of this with the overall objective to enhance the color and look of your video.
