Reviewing Sales Ledger Information


You can review the Sales Ledger Information for every order that has been processed through the Sales Order Management system.

Getting ready

You should verify that you have set up the correct status code in the Order Activity program, in order to record the entry of the Sales Order Detail in the Ledger File table (F42199).

How to do it....

  1. 1. Select EnterpriseOne Menus | Logistics Management | Order Management| Sales Order Management | Daily Sales Order Management Processing | Sales Order Inquiries (G42112) , and access the Sales Ledger History Inquiry (P42025) :

  2. 2. Enter the Customer PO number/Sales Order Number/Item Number, and then click on Find.

  3. 3. Review the Last and Next status code columns and determine if the order was invoiced, by reviewing the displayed order details.
