AA: Something you touched on, which I’d love to dive into a bit deeper, is that data scientists are unique in the spectrum of employees. What do you think is unique about managing people like us, and how do we attract and retain staff? I’m noticing – in Australia, at least – that there is definitely a talent shortage. I’m having conversations with people daily who are asking, “Where do I find good data scientists and data engineers?” A lot of organizations are struggling with attracting and then retaining people with unique skills.
