Advanced User Interface Features


Before we leave this introductory chapter, we need to address some important SugarCRM user‑interface features.

Printing Information

Most of the list view and detail view screens in the CRM have a print icon in the top right of the main body of the screen. Click on this icon to change the screen content to a more printer-friendly version of the same information, and then use the browser print button. The following image shows an Account List view screen transformed for printing:

Getting Help

As with the Print icon, most SugarCRM list and detail view screens contain a Help icon in the top right of the main screen body. Click on the help icon to see this screen:

It is not really a normal help screen, but from this screen, you can link to many different documentation resources that can help resolve your questions or concerns.
