The Workflow perspective
The Workflow perspective provides an interface to design the automation workflows/scenarios using the applications, pages, and controls captured in the Explorer perspective. The screens and items that can be used in a workflow must first be declared in the Explorer perspective.
We can use this perspective for the following:
- Describing the automation sequences of the business process
- Defining the activities to be performed as steps in the automation sequences
- Defining the context structure also called as variables to store information for data management
The Workflow perspective can be selected by clicking the 
button from the left pane in Desktop Studio. The panels included in this perspective are shown in the following screenshot:
