Creating a new project and updating projects
An automation solution for a business process in Desktop Studio is organized as a project. So, the first step for a developer to start with the automation solution development after understanding the business process use case is to create a project in Desktop Studio.
Let's execute the steps to create our own first automation project with SAP Intelligent RPA Desktop Studio, as follows:
- In the menu bar, go to File | New Project... or press the Ctrl + N shortcut key to create a new project, as shown here:

- Enter the project details in the New project dialog, as follows:

From Figure 10.2, you will note the following:
- We have entered
MyFirstProjectin the Project Name field. This is a mandatory field. - We have entered
