This is really easy.
First of all, we need to enable product comments. Of course, if you think product comments are not suitable for your store, then you don't have to do this. However, the benefits are great so think carefully before skipping this guide. Log in to your admin control panel.
Click on the Modules tab, and install the Product Comments tab. Now click on Configure, next to the module you have just installed.
You will see the following screenshot when you click on Configure:
Select whether you want to validate comments before publishing them. This option is useful if you are nervous about what people might say.
