Summary

In this chapter, we learned some basics surrounding NSGs, ASGs, Azure service tags, and the Azure Storage Firewall as a recommended approach to establishing a layered security model. We also learned how to manage and recover BitLocker encrypted volumes, enable storage encryption using ADE, and successfully manage and secure disk encryption keys using Azure Key Vault for IaaS VMs and VM scale sets.
