If given the choice, remote unmoderated hybrid studies are always our preference, because we get the best of both worlds (of the remote unmoderated studies). We receive self-reported user feedback and we can view how participants interact with a product. With the added advantage of being easily rolled out globally and less restraining from a scheduling perspective, this method definitely holds its own in comparison with the remote moderated method.
