Data Export Service replicates data from Common Data Service into an Azure SQL database or SQL Server instance running in an Azure virtual machine.
The replication is ongoing and continuous. It utilizes the change tracking feature to pull delta changes of data from Common Data Service, so it is highly efficient.
Replicating Common Data Service to an Azure SQL database enables real-time reporting with Power BI, allows your data to be added to a data warehouse, or allows your data to be combined with data in other systems for reporting.
The Data Export Service is an add-on available from Microsoft AppSource. Here is a screenshot of the Data Export Service page in AppSource:
