Assigning keyboard shortcuts

When you are designing interactions for your courses, which need to be accessible, avoid using hover- and drag-based interaction. The only types of interactions that support accessibility are click-based interactions. Similarly, when adding quiz questions, you can choose from Multiple Choice, True/False, and Rating Scale questions, as they support accessibility.

Now, let's talk about making interactive objects accessible. Apart from adding accessibility text, you need to follow a few more steps to make the interactive objects fully accessible. The next important step is to assign keyboard shortcuts, so that your learners are able to complete the course without using a mouse.

Here are the steps to assign keyboard shortcuts to buttons in Captivate projects:
