Inserting Random Question Slides in the project

Remember that the idea of a Question Pool is to have a repository of questions available to generate random quizzes. In this section, you will randomly pick three questions from the takeTheTrain_Questions Question Pool and insert them into the quiz by performing the following steps:

  1. Use the Filmstrip to go to slide 23 of the takeTheTrain.cptx file. Slide 23 is the introduction slide of the Quiz that you created at the beginning of this chapter.
  2. Use the Quiz | Random Question Slide menu item to insert the first random question into the main project.

Another way of inserting Random Question Slides in the project is to use the Insert Questions dialog.

  1. Use the Slides | Question Slides icon on the Toolbar to open the Insert Questions dialog.
  2. At the bottom of the dialog, select the Random Question checkbox.
  3. Set the number of questions to insert to 2.
