Customizing the feedback messages

Providing quality feedback to the students is paramount in any pedagogical situation, eLearning, or classroom. In this section, you will look into the basic ways of creating feedback messages on Question Slides. Keep in mind, though, that more sophisticated feedback strategies can also be implemented.

For example, you can use the Branching capabilities of the Question Slides to redirect the student to a specific slide or sequence of slides. But, for now, let's start with the basics by performing the following steps:

  1. On slide 24 of the Chapter07/takeTheTrain.cptx project, select the red failure caption.
  2. Double click the object and change the text of the red failure message to Sorry, this is not the correct answer - Click anywhere or press 'y' to continue..
