Another built-in pod type in the Connect application is the poll pod. The poll pod is very useful for hosts and presenters when they want to gather feedback from meeting attendees. The hosts and presenters have the ability to create different kind of polls (for example, multiple questions or multiple answers polls) and to review given results. The poll pod is initially visible in a meeting room when the Discussion layout or some other custom-made layout is used. In cases where you need to enable a poll pod (in addition to previously described ways you can access it) you should follow these steps:
- Click on the Pods option in a meeting room main menu.
- Click on the Poll item in a meeting room's Pods menu.
- Click on the Poll submenu option.
The following screenshot illustrates these steps:
