By selecting the Invitations link, you will be redirected to the Invitations page. This page will provide you with features that will help you to send invitations to your meeting attendees. The Invitations page includes meeting summary, start date, duration, and meeting URL. This page is very similar to the Send Invitations page, except for the radio button for sending invitations that are not displayed.
We will present you with two scenarios to manage invitations:
- The first one is if you are on the Edit Information page. If the Only registered users may enter the room option (guest access is blocked) or the Only registered users and accepted guests may enter the room option is selected, you can choose to send an invitation among the groups, such as All Hosts, Presenters and Participants, Hosts Only, Presenters Only, and Participants Only.
