Defining breakout rooms and assigning members
Information about breakout rooms is placed within attendees pod of meeting. In the attendees pod you will find three tabs for attendees pod view. See the following screenshot:
To define breakout rooms and assign members to them, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Breakout Room View button, which is displayed as . The attendees pod view will change and you will be presented with the information on available breakout rooms. Please note that only attendees with host rights can view this option in the attendees pod.
- By default three breakout rooms are available in the breakout view. You can easily create breakout rooms by clicking on the Create a New Breakout button, which is displayed as .
- When you have reached the number of breakout rooms that fits your needs, you can now begin assigning attendees to selected breakout rooms. There are two ways to do this.
