In this section, we will show you how to customize meeting room appearance and how to use this appearance in a meeting room as a default template while creating new meetings. In order to demonstrate this, we will start a new meeting and create a new layout, which will be customized for our needs. In order to create a new empty layout, please follow the given steps:
- Click on the Layouts link in the meeting room main menu.
- In the Layout menu, click on the Create New Layout… option.
- When the Create a New Layout dialog appears, the Create a new blank layout option is selected. All we need to do here is to enter the layout name and click on the OK button.
