The web links pod

In cases where there is a need to give access to a specific web page to all meeting attendees inside a meeting, you should use the web links pod. Only hosts and presenters can copy/paste a URL in the chat pod. With just one click participants can open the web page in their default browsers. Initially this pod is not present inside a meeting room and, in order to add it, a user should follow these steps that are similar to the previous two cases:

  1. Click on the Pods option in the meeting room main menu.
  2. Click on the Web Links item in the meeting room's Pods menu.
  3. Click on the Add New Web Links submenu option.
