In cases where there is a need to give access to a specific web page to all meeting attendees inside a meeting, you should use the web links pod. Only hosts and presenters can copy/paste a URL in the chat pod. With just one click participants can open the web page in their default browsers. Initially this pod is not present inside a meeting room and, in order to add it, a user should follow these steps that are similar to the previous two cases:
- Click on the Pods option in the meeting room main menu.
- Click on the Web Links item in the meeting room's Pods menu.
- Click on the Add New Web Links submenu option.
The previous screenshot illustrates previously described steps. Once this is completed, a web links pod should be present in a meeting room and it will be available for further usage. The Web links 2 pod looks like the following screenshot:
