Create and display a whiteboard

Whiteboard is a part of the share pod. It provides various drawing features within meeting room. It allows hosts or presenters to create text, lines, circles, squares, and other freehand drawings in real time during a meeting.

There are two different ways to use the whiteboard:

  • Using the standalone whiteboard, which creates content on the white background
  • Using a whiteboard as an overlay of a sharing document in the share pod, which enables users to add drawings and annotations over documents

Standalone whiteboard

You can create a standalone whiteboard in two different ways, as follows:

  • In the share pod, click on Pod Options | Share | Whiteboard
  • In the share pod, click on Share My Screen | Share Whiteboard

These options are shown in the following screenshots:
