The Meeting Reports page

In order to get to the Meeting Reports page, you can click on the Meeting Reports link in the navigation menu. This page contains reports of the selected meeting. These reports are divided into four categories:

  • By Attendees: This report lets you see the name and e-mail address of any meeting participant. Additional information provided by this report is the time when users joined or left the meeting. The following screenshot will describe the filter creation and report the download process:

  • By Sessions: These reports show the start and end time of each meeting session, together with the number of attendees per session. By clicking on the session number, you will see the complete list of meeting participants with their names, meeting entry, and exit times.
