In order to enable Presenter Only Area, the host needs to follow these steps:
- Click on the Meeting option in the main menu.
- Click on the Enable Presenter Only Area option inside the meeting menu.
After completing this, Presenter Only Area is shown on the right-hand side of the meeting room. By default, the Presenter Notes pod will be available inside Presenter Only Area (as shown in the following screenshot). This area is only visible to hosts and presenters, while it is not visible to participants. It can be used to view confidential content among presenters and hosts and to prepare some content before sharing it with other meeting participants. Additionally, the host can add any pod to Presenter Only Area, and this action will not be seen by the participants. In order to disable Presenter Only Area, please follow these steps:
