Deploying apps to App Catalog

New applications can be deployed to App Catalog by uploading an application package via the Manage apps page:

When an application is uploaded, it also needs to be enabled. Depending on the application’s configuration, different settings can be controlled when enabling the application. The Enable app panel (Figure 12.2) displays where the application is hosted and which API permissions the application requires. The administrator can control the deployment of the application and enable it for all sites automatically or enable the application for site owners to deploy to a specific site. If the application supports deployment to Teams, it can be done at the same time and the application will be available to be used on Teams as well.
